For us, it’s simple.

We choose to let our children choose: a parkland or a concrete jungle?

We choose nature over concrete.

We choose a future for people, not just profit.

We want a place where everyone can walk, play, breathe, and reconnect with nature — not another luxury complex bringing more traffic, noise and pollution.

Recognising the Quinta as a natural, environmental and historic treasure also means recognising it as a public good. The landowner must, of course, be fairly compensated — as was the case next door, where Nova SBE University now stands. That land was expropriated by the Câmara de Cascais in the public interest.
